Terms & Conditions
Please note that these terms and conditions are there to protect the safety and well being of my cats/kittens and to also ensure that they have the very best chance of living a very long and happy life with their new owners. My cats and kittens are bred as a hobby and I care for each of them very dearly, even after they have gone to their new homes.
My cats or kittens are sold under the following conditions.That they will be kept as indoor cats at all times. They will not be allowed to free roam outside.
I reserve the right to remove my cat or kitten if I find it has been mistreated, neglected or is kept in unacceptable living conditions(without offering any refund).
My cats or kittens are in good health, and have been treated for worms at 6 & 12 weeks of age.
My cats or kitten shall not be sold, leased or given to any pet shop or research establishment.
My cats or kitten shall not be inter-bred with other pedigree breeds.
My cats or kittens shall not be sold, given or donated to any person without my prior knowledge and consent. In the event of being unable to maintain the cat/kitten I shall be informed and will work with you to find a suitable home or will take it back into my home until such time as a suitable home made be found.
My cats or kittens must receive regular booster vaccinations from a veterinary surgeon.
My cats or kittens must receive all necessary veterinary care to maintain his/her good health.
My Cats or kittens will be kept in appropriate conditions for its health and welfare and will be fed a suitable diet for his age and condition.
My Kittens all go to their new home with their registration document and are registered with the Governing Council of the Cat Fancy (GCCF). Kittens that go to their new homes for breeding purpose will be placed on the active register. All kittens sold as pets will be registered as inactive, meaning that they can not register any of offspring. Registrations will be transferred to the purchaser on receipt of full payment and not before.
All my kitten that are sold as pet/non breeding purposes shall be neutered between 6 and 8 months of age.
All my kitten go to their new homes within the united kingdom with a 4 weeks free insurance(subject to change by the insurance company). Kittens that are going aboard will not be covered under this insurance.
No Kitten will be allowed to go to their new homes until they are least 13 weeks old as per the rules of the GCCF. I am happy to reserve on a first come basis, this is subject to deposit. This deposit will only be refunded in exceptional circumstances, or if the reservation is cancelled by myself.
A refund will be given for pet kittens returned within a period of 48 hours from date of purchase. Within this period, a full refund will be given for kittens found to be suffering from congenital defects, or serious medical conditions that can be shown to have existed at the time of purchase. Veterinary confirmation will be required and checked. (This only applies to those kitten living in the UK)
I will not cover consequential loss.
The purchase price excludes : microchip, leukaemia vaccination, rabies vaccination, overseas health certificates, certificate of entirety, certified pedigrees, transportation cost, import/ export certificate charges, courier / airport handling charges, purchase of a suitable airline approved cat carrier and any additional bedding required for transit.
I realise that this may seem a lot of conditions of sale but I believe that it is a benefit to both you and me. I want to ensure my cats go to a home which is suitable to their breed and you have the reassurance of knowing the exact terms under which you are making a purchase.
